Ensure all diagrams, charts, and tables are clear and legible. Follow the template for margins and layout.
Ensure the originality of your paper with a plagiarism limit under 14%. AI-generated content is not allowed.
We invite original, unpublished research contributions that have not been submitted or accepted for publication elsewhere. Submissions may present novel theoretical frameworks, empirical studies, system designs, or practice-informed case studies pertaining to the conference theme. All submitted work must represent a substantial scientific contribution and demonstrate clear relevance to the intersection of artificial intelligence and smart education.
Manuscripts must be prepared using the official conference template, available on the conference website. The page count of 6–8 pages is inclusive of all figures, tables, and references. Author identities must not appear anywhere in the submitted manuscript, including acknowledgements and metadata, to preserve the integrity of the double-blind review process.
All accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings. A selection of outstanding papers, identified on the basis of review scores and presentation quality, will be invited to submit extended versions to associated Scopus/SCI journals. Extended manuscripts must contain a minimum of 30% new content and will undergo a separate editorial review in accordance with the publisher's guidelines.
Submissions will be screened for plagiarism prior to review. Authors must ensure accurate and complete citation of all prior work, including their own, and must comply with applicable copyright regulations. Any instance of data fabrication, falsification, self-plagiarism, or undisclosed concurrent submission constitutes grounds for immediate rejection and may be reported to the author's institution.
